Measurement of Indocyanine Green Fluorescent Dye in the Long Wavelength Region
Author(s)Shimadzu Scientific Instruments
Indocyanine Green fluorescent dye displays fluorescence in the near infrared region in the vicinity of 810 nm; however, measurement in wavelength regions greater than 750 nm has been difficult. This note presents an example of measuring Indocyanine Green with good sensitivity while obtaining corrected spectra in real time.
