PerkinElmer, of Waltham, Massachusetts, has acquired ES Industries, of West Berlin, New Jersey. ES Industries manufactures columns, bonded phases, and packing materials for high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) analysis.
Vice President and General Manager of Applied Markets at PerkinElmer Suneet Chadha said in a statement that augmenting PerkinElmer’s portfolio with HPLC columns technology, expertise, and manufacturing capabilities from ES Industries, the company can now innovate faster and provide complete end-to-end workflow solutions. “We are excited that these offerings will shorten the time from sample to result for our customers and help deliver enhanced lab performance,” he said.
