The ChemDoodle Mobile app is designed to allow users to draw chemical structures, view 3D graphics, and generate IUPAC names.
APP NAME: ChemDoodle Mobile
OFFERED BY: IChemLabs, LLC.
PLATFORMS: Android (requires 2.3.3 and up), iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch (requires iOS 6.0 or later)
WHAT IT DOES: The ChemDoodle Mobile app is designed to allow users to draw chemical structures, view 3D graphics, and generate IUPAC names. According to the company, the app is accessed through a free ChemDoodle account when ChemDoodle desktop is purchased. Users reportedly can use the Guest account to access the app without purchasing ChemDoodle, but they will not be able to save drawings and some features may be restricted. Logging into the account enables IUPAC naming, full 3D graphics (orthographic lines otherwise), 1H NMR spectra, and saving structures.

FT-IR Analysis of pH and Xylitol Driven Conformational Changes of Ovalbumin–Amide VI Band Study
November 21st 2024This study uses Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy to analyze how the globular protein ovalbumin's secondary structures transition under varying pH conditions in the presence of the cosolvent xylitol, highlighting the role of noncovalent interactions in these conformational changes.
