In this paper, a system based on laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) and back propagation (BP) method was developed for the composition and traceability analysis of crop burning smoke.
The relationship between leaf nitrogen content (LNC) and hyperspectral remote sensing imagery (HYP) was determined to construct an estimation model of the LNC of drip-irrigated sugar beets, to enable real-time monitoring of sugar beet growth and nitrogen management in arid areas.
A Fingerprint in a Fingerprint: Raman Spectral Analysis of Pharmaceutical Ingredients
March 1st 2023The significance of the smaller spectral region of the Raman spectrum, defined as the “fingerprint in the fingerprint” region, cannot be overstated when it comes to active pharmaceutical ingredient identity testing (API).
Terahertz Spectroscopic Analysis of Co-Crystallized Mixtures in an L-threonine Diastereomer System
August 1st 2022Studying the experimental absorption spectra of different proportions co-crystallized mixtures and 1:1 physical mixture of L-thr and L-allo-thr, it was found that the characteristic peaks of the physical mixture include the characteristic peaks of the two diastereomers in the THz band, while amino acid co-crystallized mixtures formed their own characteristic peaks depending on the proportion.
Determining Chromium, Iron, and Nickel in a Nickel-Based Alloy by X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy
February 1st 2022Accurate determination of the elemental composition of nickel-based alloys is essential, given their use in high-performance equipment. This XRF technique enables rapid and nondestructive detection, as an alternative to existing approaches.
H-Classic Papers in Atomic Spectroscopy: An Integrative Literature Review
November 1st 2021In this study, a methodical qualitative and quantitative analysis of H-Classic publications that have made key contributions and identify intensive mainstream research areas in atomic spectroscopy is presented.
